In this solar self-consumption installation with surplus compensation, we were asked to install a Bird Blocker system , a system that protects the solar panels of the self-consumption installation from birds that can damage the solar panels by landing on the structures or hiding under photovoltaic solar fields, especially on roofs with a coplanar anchoring system. In this case, due to the local fauna and the coplanar structure that was installed to place the panels, the installation of this bird protection system was considered necessary.

In this case, a system of metal spacers or protectors was chosen . In coplanar systems, they are placed around the base of the panels to prevent birds from entering the space below or nesting.
