As we’ve mentioned before, the perfect combination for energy efficiency and comfort is a good air source heat pump system paired with a solar array, whether connected to the grid for self-consumption or operating independently. The solar array provides clean energy that the heat pump uses to heat and cool the living space and provide domestic hot water (DHW) very efficiently and with minimal energy consumption.
